- Present your insurance ID card or scheme card at the TPA desk during registration.
- Our team will verify your policy, eligibility and required documents.
- A pre-authorization request with treatment details is sent to the insurance company or scheme administrator.
- Once the pre-authorization is approved, you can proceed with the cashless surgery or treatment.
